Taranaki Electricity Trust

The Taranaki Electricity Trust was formed in 1993 at the time New Plymouth Energy merged with the Taranaki Electricity Power Board.

Our People

The Trust is made up of two Wards. Ward A (Inglewood & Waitara) and Ward B (Stratford & Eltham). The six Trustees are publicly elected every three years. The current Trustees were elected in 2008.

Applications can be posted in or left in the mail box at the TET Office at any time.

Applications on the prescribed form will be received on the last Thursday of every month, to be considered for the following month.
